PLAYER FEE PAYMENTS: House - 50% of fee due at time of registration. Travel - $500.00 deposit due at time of registration. You may make payments on line of OR off line using credit, debit cards or your checking account. Off Line payments must be received within 7 days to confirm your players registration. Please note if you opt for auto payments, these payments do not include additional fees for tournaments, team optional clothing, etc. that may be charged to you as a result of your team operations. All additional charges will be invoiced along with your regular season fees. If you opt to use the 5 pay option, payments are due no later than the 10th of each month. All accounts must be kept current.
PLAYER MOVE UP-REQUESTS: Please complete the form below and send to the MAHL House Director 1 week prior to evaluation skates.
COACHES/ASSISTANT COACHES: Please complete the COACHING APPLICATION form below and send to the MAHL Office prior to the evaluation skates.
COACHES/ASSISTANT COACHES/TEAM MANAGERS - USA Hockey Rules have changed....you must have completed your Background Screening, Safe Sport Training, and have the correct Age Specific Module for your team PRIOR to being allowed to participate with any team.
