Northstar A/AA Travel

Season Fee

Travel Budgets are made by your head coach and team manager for the season.  All travel budgets are subject to change during the season and your coach and manager will keep you updated.

After the budget is estimated by your team and approved, you will be invoiced the balance due less your deposit.  Payments can then be made as described below.

Player fee payments:  $500.00 deposit is due for travel players at time of registration, remainder of payments due sent out through SportsEngine invoices.


What’s included?  Total budget will consists of expenses for practice and game ice costs, referee costs, tournament expenses, jerseys/warmups, administrative expense, and any additional expenses for training, outings, etc that your team chooses.

What’s not included?  USA Hockey Annual Membership Fee, your travel expenses for practices, games, and out of town games and tournaments.

Travel A and AA Teams

Travel team budgets are set by the head coach and manager of the respective travel teams.

Midland Northstars travel teams are members of the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League.

Travel team budgets for the season may vary greatly between teams and depend on tournaments chosen, fundraising, etc and can range anywhere from $1,250 to $2,500.

A $500.00 Travel Team Deposit is due at time of registration for all travel players.  The season fee will be added to the player accounts as soon as the budget is finalized with the deposit deducted from the final amount due.  ALL travel players must be registered by August 15th.
